Choptank Community Health System's new Federalsburg Health Center is opening for patients on Monday, January 6, 2025.*

Choptank Community Health System's 215 Bloomingdale Avenue office will close on Friday, January 3rd beginning at 10 a.m. for our move to our new site.

Our new Federalsburg Health Center at 320 Hargraves Drive will open for patients on Monday, January 6th at 11 a.m.
